    M&A strategy for Oligo business

    Euroapi faced a gap in R&D oligo supply, early-stage timelines, and scientific consulting. To address this, we sought a small, R&D-driven CDMO to bridge the gap. After a series of negotiations and strategic planning, we completed the acquisition of BianoGMP, effectively closing the gap. Finally, I integrated the new business into our plan and executed sales strategies.

  • Market strategy for therapeutic oligo business

    I developed a go-to-market strategy for a newly acquired business unit from Biotage. This former independent business unit focused on diagnostic applications such as NGS sample preparation, which utilized many internal R&D and production resources. Additionally, the therapeutic oligonucleotide market has seen significant growth, especially with the COVID-19 boost for mRNA therapeutics. I explored therapeutic applications, including siRNA, RNAi, ASO, LNA, and aptamer applications in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. As a result, I received substantial interest in new chemical modalities as an R&D supplier.
